Donor Research Coordinator jobs in Alaska

Donor Research Coordinator identifies potential donors and evaluates their interests and capacity to give to the organization. Conducts research and prospecting to locate individuals aligning with the organization's values and mission. Being a Donor Research Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Donor Research Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Donor Research Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Donor Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating donor stewardship processes, maintaining digital donor records, and providing donor and gift reports. This position will also oversee gift administration, including coordination of gift entry, mail processing, check deposits and donor correspondence. This position will interact with internal and external customers requiring extensive discretion and diplomacy, respect for confidentiality, and high levels of customer service.

    Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3 years - Fundraising, marketing, or project management experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree - Nonprofit, business, communications, health professions, or related field.

    • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) upon hire.

    • 5 years - Fundraising or project management experience.
