Collaborates with technical teams to prepare accurate content. Being a Documentation Supervisor reviews edits and approves the final content. Ensures that standardized documentation methods and tools are deployed and that required document control procedures are employed. Additionally, Documentation Supervisor monitors project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of release notes, manuals, and online content. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Documentation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. In this vital role under general direction, this position as a Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for administering and coordinating key activities centered within the Supply Chain teams’ business processes and reporting systems for client's Operations. This position is also responsible for supporting procedure development, training structure, creation, and overall program. This role will represent the Supply Chain team in ANC Documentation Workstream as it related to associated projects and responsibilities related to procedures and training.
