Collaborates with technical teams to prepare accurate content. Being a Documentation Supervisor reviews edits and approves the final content. Ensures that standardized documentation methods and tools are deployed and that required document control procedures are employed. Additionally, Documentation Supervisor monitors project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of release notes, manuals, and online content. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Documentation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Reporting to either the FOH Manager, KM, or GM, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training, and developing servers, hosts, bar tenders to support superior operations and guest service. You will be accountable for meeting budgeted financial goals including but not limited to labor cost, guest satisfaction metrics, and meeting all service standards. Maintaining a perfectly clean, sanitary, and inviting guest environment will be a top priority for the Restaurant Supervisor.
