Documentation Supervisor jobs in Arizona
Documentation Supervisor coordinates the production of functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware products. Collaborates with technical teams to prepare accurate content. Being a Documentation Supervisor reviews edits and approves the final content. Ensures that standardized documentation methods and tools are deployed and that required document control procedures are employed. Additionally, Documentation Supervisor monitors project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of release notes, manuals, and online content. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Documentation Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Documentation Processor or our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components :
Job Description :
- Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products.
- Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans. Process and close for loan products.
- Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups.
- Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
- Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.
- Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process.
Required Qualifications :
- 2 years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Able to work in a high paced environment.
- High attention to details.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
