Key position functions include:

• Create Quality Assurance certification packages for clients per API standards and client specifications
• Create Inspection and Test Plans
• Prepare final documentation packages and revise documentation packages as needed
• Retrieve electronic documentation for certification packages
• Upload final documentation to file share as needed
• Maintain file share folders for assigned orders
• Assist with internal process and supplier audits
• Maintain Approved Supplier files
• Maintain QMS databases, including NCR logs, CAR / PAR logs, and ITP log
• Coordinate project document submittals with customers and ensure compliance with customer document submission protocols
• Comply with QA/QC related Production workflow process requirements
• Coordinate 3rd Party Inspections / Witnesses
• Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environment policies
• Other duties as may be required

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Successful completion of Internal Auditor program
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• High degree of familiarity with API Product Specification Levels and Performance Requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of Quality Management System
