Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the importance of the service member medical record, including all parts, subparts and verification letters (DD2963).
Collect and manage client requirements for document and records management system solutions.,Demonstrate a knowledge of the overall Service Treatment Record (STR) conversion process.
Review service members' medical records, identify corresponding parts and subparts, sort, organize, and prepare documents for digital conversion (approximately 35 records per business day).
Work in a team production environment and be able to perform other duties as assigned.-Must be U. S. Citizen able to pass background investigation-Associates Degree and 2 years experience working with medical records-Experience running reports, preparing medical records for storage / shipment, preparing medical documents for conversion
