Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage operating instructions, SOPs, manuals
· Analyze business processes
· Utilize multiple technical platforms and applications
· Manage internal training needs of the staff
· Implement training programs
· Develop instructions for processes and platforms and use those documents to generate materials for staff training and onboarding of new staff
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Excellent training and teaching skills
· History of designing training plans and SOPs
· Experience with Aptify, Protech, Kentico, Umbraco preferred
