The Documentation Department is responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of mortgage loan documents, specifically for default servicing. The team is responsible for completing assignments of mortgage, title curative, document recording, and facilitating delivery of original documents as required for servicing.
A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily work of a team within the Documentation Department.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ management experience, OR in lieu of a degree, commensurate work history in management of 5-7 years of experience in an operational, financial services, mortgage servicing or corporate environment will be considered. Work history must include demonstrated success managing/leading a team, to include performance, productivity, engagement and a process improvement background.
