Develops and deploys standardized documentation methods and tools to efficiently produce high-quality content. Being a Documentation Manager establishes processes for effective document control. Plans and directs documentation projects and timelines. Additionally, Documentation Manager may act as final approver or editor for projects. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Documentation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Documentation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Documentation Specialist, that is a meticulous, well-organized individual who can produce and maintain high-quality, processes and training documentation that contributes to the overall success of team members, systems, and tools. This individual will work collaboratively with subject matter experts and other internal resources to develop a variety of documents, including but not limited to job aides, reference material, process maps, and work instructions.
