Document Security Administrator administers and maintains a system of classified and unclassified company documents according to the record control policies and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Classifies and files new documents following the established process. Being a Document Security Administrator fulfills document requests from authorized users and tracks the retrieval and disposition of documents. May prepare records for archiving, participate in audits, or assist in the destruction of records. Additionally, Document Security Administrator requires a high school diploma. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Document Security Administrator works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     As an Administrator, IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise infrastructure operations for Kyocera Document Solutions throughout the America’s. This is an active administrative role working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to support business operations and the implementation of IT reengineering/transformation projects. The position leverages your blend of strong technical and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with your IT peers and business users. This important technical role helps ensure IT business operations remain reliable, high performing, and conducive to maximizing value and efficiency throughout the enterprise.

    Responsibilities

           Support the administration of core IT systems such as servers, cloud, operating systems, storage, telephony, authentication, disaster recovery, and business continuity using best practices and frameworks such as ITIL to continuously add value and efficiency to the organization.

           Be an active contributor, working closely with a dedicated team of IT professionals to support the technology needs of Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc.

           Continuously strive towards improvement of Cybersecurity using best practices to protect corporate endpoints, networks, databases, and system access.

           Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

           Serve as a subject matter expert receiving and resolve escalated issues from other Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. IT groups.

           Help identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging technology solutions.

           Develop and maintain productive relationships with business users to ensure their needs are properly received, interpreted, prioritized, and resolved.

           Participate in On-Call rotation regarding production technology outages.

    Qualifications

    Required:

           BS Computer Science, BS in a related field, or extensive work experience.

           Minimum 4 years of progressive experience supporting IT systems for medium to large organizations in a team environment.

           Proficiency with server operating systems and administration for Windows, Linux/Unix, security practices, enterprise networking, authentication systems including SSO, OS scripting, malware prevention, traffic analysis, log analysis, load balancers, and broad exposure to IT hardware and software.

           Experience with managed cloud data centers and different deployment resource types (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS).

           Experience with Cloud server platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud.

           Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices and technologies.

           Experience with Azure AD and Office 365.

           Experience implementing and managing email security and SPAM gateways.

           Experience with server virtualization using VMware, HyperV or similar technologies.

           Excellent analytical, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

           The ability to routinely support IT operations, departmental strategy, and priorities.

           Good written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.

           Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

           Experience working with teams that are available 24/7 including on and offshore resources.

           Ability to travel 10% of the time when needed (overnights included)

           Company paid relocation is not provided to the Fairfield, NJ office. The candidate must self-relocate.

     

    Preferred:

           Relevant Certifications with Microsoft Azure products (Administrator, Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer)

           Experience leveraging, managing, and integrating cloud-based applications.

           Experience managing and implementing systems in medium to large organizations.

           Experience working on stressful events such as severity 1 system incidents.

           Experience supporting the implementation of organizational change and process reengineering.

           Experience creating and maintaining system documentation.

           Ability to translate business non-technical requirements to technical requirements and the reverse.

           Experience working in an ORACLE/SAP environment.

           Versed in methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, COBIT, etc.

           Experience working with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow.

           Experience working with/for a Japanese company or the copier industry.

           Project management experience
