Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to assist all Human Resources-related issues within the HR Manager. The HR administrator is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

- CPR/first aid certification.
- OSHA training.
Human Resources Administration Duties:
- Assist HR Manager with managing associates to identify and resolve employee relations issues, training and recruitment needs, wage and compensation issues, and benefit administration issues.
- Track and ensure all employees are updated to date on all necessary training required for their position.
- Assist HR Manager in conducting investigations to resolve associate complaints and inquiries, worker's compensation claims, and to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance.
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training is conducted and that the proper safety policies and procedures are in place and followed by associates.
- Assist the HR Manager in managing the disciplinary process within the company, including associate discharge.
- Maintain records to track associate attendance.
- Monitor associate compliance to Platinum Security policies and procedures communicated by the corporate office.
Job Type:
Full-time, In Person, Tuesday thru Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Experience:
- HR Administrations: 2 years (Required).
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred).
- SHRM (Preferred).
