Due to a fast-growing client roster and an upcoming retirement, we are looking to add to our outstanding technology service technician team in our Menomonee Falls office.
POSITION- The Lead Office Technology Service Technician offers experienced set-ups, installation, troubleshooting and diagnosis of client office equipment issues, makes recommendations, and conducts repairs as needed. This position heads up our service operations for the Menomonee Falls Office reporting to our Service Manager in Green Bay. The position enhances the relationship with the client and is committed to exceeding the client’s service quality expectations. This position would work in the Greater Milwaukee Area working outside of the office the majority of each day. The individual also would be consistently learning and sharing expertise with our outstanding service team and WDI leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Take the lead in set-up, service and networking activities of copiers, printers and other office equipment for the Menomonee Falls office.
· Respond to service calls within assigned territory to resolve client concerns. Resolution may occur through phone calls, in person visits and utilizing other software technology to diagnose issues and make recommendations.
· Develop and maintain fantastic client relations in assigned territory and with the WDI business support team.
· Responsible for maintaining tools, laptop, phone, and other equipment as assigned.
· Maintain proper parts custody levels in work vehicle to ensure prompt and efficient equipment service is extended to the client.
· Strive to exceed company departmental metrics to achieve outstanding client service while operating efficiently.
· Responsible for continued development of skills through formal training, self-study, and on-the-job training. Demonstrate willingness and capacity to be trained on most digital office equipment that is in or added to the company line.
· Responsible for maintaining vehicle per company’s Fleet Safety policy.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies and qualifications:
· Associates degree or something similar in IT or electronics preferred.
· 3 years of office equipment repair experience (printers, copiers, MFPs, production print equipment, etc.) is preferred. We work with Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, HP, and many other brands daily for service work.
· Experience with networking and printing with multiple technology types
· Ability to use Microsoft office Suite Programs.
· Excellent communication skills to work closely with clients and WDI team members.
· The ability to perform under stress with minimal in person direction.

Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be able to stand and walk around the warehouse several hours a day as job functions require.
The hours worked are typically 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday. The position primarily works in the Greater Milwaukee area assisting clients while also spending time in our WDI Menomonee Falls office. Full PTO and other benefit offerings available. The person in this position must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our corporate insurance carrier.
Wage expectations range from $55K to $65K annually based on experience. This is an hourly position. A company laptop, cellphone and vehicle are all provided for this position.
