Document Control Manager oversees document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Establishes security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents. Being a Document Control Manager evaluates media formats and recommends storage requirements to protect and secure records/information. Develops and manages access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority. Additionally, Document Control Manager maintains auditing, monitoring, and change control systems to ensure document integrity, quality, and version control. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a director. The Document Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. This operations manager role also involves providing office and call center support, optimizing routing efficiency, and offering crucial assistance during peak seasons and hours. We seek a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a dedication to continuous improvement across all operational functions.

    Work Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Seasonally (May-September) there may be longer days and weekends. An evening sweep of alerts and messages may be required. Emergencies may also take place on weekends and evenings.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
    • We also require candidates to have at least one year of management experience. This is the primary requirement for the position.

    • All candidates must pass a written pest control and lawn care exam, which will be emailed to them, to be considered for the position.
    • Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally and stay overnight as needed.

    Job Location: Mobridge, SD (Home Base) with Regular Travel to Aberdeen, SD; Huron, SD; and Sheridan, WY

Additionally, diligent research and prospecting efforts are required to consistently discover opportunities for expanding our customer base. This entails promoting our pest control services and crafting enticing special promotions or incentives to attract new customers while also extending additional services to our existing clients.

    5. Adherence to Company Policies: Another critical role is overseeing the development and maintenance of company policies, procedures, and protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring that a protocol is created for any task repeated more than twice, whether by yourself or a team member. Additionally, you must strictly adhere to company policies as outlined in various resources such as the Handbook, Protocol Book, Online Processes, and Procedures. Your duties will also involve delivering work punctually while upholding high-quality standards, effectively managing your time and tasks, actively pursuing continuous learning and personal growth, consistently demonstrating follow-through, and meeting expectations with timeliness and quality.
