Division Budget Manager directs and controls the budget and financial forecasting activities for a division, product, or business line. Leads the budgeting process for annual, quarterly, and monthly budget development. Being a Division Budget Manager develops budgetary policies and guidelines to optimize the budget. Incorporates past financial results into budget development. Additionally, Division Budget Manager monitors and analyzes performance against budgets. Implements tools and reporting used for planning, forecasting, monitoring, and decision support. May require a MBA. Typically reports to a director. The Division Budget Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Division Budget Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Description
We are looking for a Custodian to join our team at Lava Hot Springs!
As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Your role will involve using specialized equipment for cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on it. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and safety of the premises. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to creating a welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Example of Duties 1. Cleaning/maintenance.Performs heavy-duty cleaning at the Lava Hot Springs Foundation Facilities, locker rooms, board room, administrative offices, and lavatories
Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes bath, lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures
Dusts, washes, sponge mops
Sanitizes, and shampoos furniture, woodwork, walls, windows, and glass items
Cleans shades and covers on light fixtures
Replaces light bulbs
Removes waste and debris from areas
Selects products and compounds for cleaning jobs
Measures and mixes compounds, disinfectants, and sanitizing agents and applies according to procedures or manufacturers' specifications
Orders supplies for custodial closets and stocks with paper products, cleaning compounds and similar items
Sweeps, strips, seals, and finishes wood, linoleum, and other floors
Washes windows in multi-story buildings
Removes and prepares blinds for cleaning
Removes adhesives, tiles, and carpet
Refinishes floors and prepares them for recarpeting or special flooring
2. Equipment operation/security.Operates heavy-duty scrubbing, buffing, shampooing, vacuuming, and wet/dry pickup equipment
Performs preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment
Finishes floors using sanders, strippers, and final finishers
Uses snow blowers, hysters, airlift platforms, dollies, and carts
Uses specialized sweepers to clean items such as sidewalks, driveways etc.
Replaces belts, brushes, and bearings in power equipment
Ensures that floor and building area is secure
Verifies doors are locked and lights and appliances are off
Reports fire hazards and other emergenci
