BASIC JOB SUMMARY:
The overall purpose of this job is to oversee budgeting and provide accurate financial reporting for the organization, while serving as a key leader within the Accounting Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for providing accurate financial reporting for the organization
• Will oversee budgets, tax returns, audits, reports, compliance, payroll, and savings plans
• Responsible for the development and implementation of annual and quarterly consolidated budgets and will ensure accurate financial statements to maintain monthly budget incentives
• Will collaborate with external audit firms to develop and coordinate annual financial audits, while also assisting with documentation for both federal and state income tax returns, to ensure that all filing deadlines are consistently met
• Responsible for providing updates pertaining to GAAP pronouncements and will implement any necessary changes to guarantee that the organization is effectively achieving implemented standards and regulations
• Responsible for reviewing important financial initiatives including employee 401K savings plans, salary expenses, provider relief funds, and purchase services agreements

• Will function as a hands-on creative leader who will step into additional duties, as assigned, while simultaneously providing guidance to team members to ensure that both departmental and organizational goals are met
