Reporting to the Associate Director of Applications Management, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of software developed and/or implemented for LIRS programs. This includes driving the software development lifecycle, from identifying the need/opportunity, taking the software through full implementation and evaluation, and providing ongoing support and administration. The position will also engage with clients to enhance appropriate business processes supporting new software solutions. This position requires alignment with LIRS program managers, management of vendors, and the technical skills to effectively evaluate software design approaches, business processes, and required hardware, and provide realistic cost/ benefit analyses.
This position can be remote with occasional trips to Baltimore as needed.
