To be a District Technical Service Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Liveo Research is a global manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions with five locations worldwide.  Our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Delaware City, Delaware is looking for a Product Engineer (Technical Service Manager). 
    Do you have experience in pharma manufacturing as it relates to leading the development, implementation, and execution of various technical programs? Well then, we have a position for you.  Come join our team!
     
    What you will do:
    • Proactively Identify the key challenges of pharmaceutical industry in the drug stabilization area and provide solutions through our services to resolve these challenges.  
    • Promote regular use of our scientific service by pharmaceutical industry for the packaging development and change process. 
    • Co-ordinate all R&D Service projects with customer and R&D team for the timely execution of the R&D project and ensure the timely delivery of all customer projects.  
    • Create partnership with technical / R&D SERVICES group of major pharmaceutical customers and provide support to their development needs. 
    • Provide guidance, mentoring and career development to Technical Service Group and establish a strong post-sale technical service support to all customers.  
    • Co-ordinate with Operational and Quality team for timely resolution of customer complaints and issues  
    • Provide field support for line trials at customer’s location upon request. 
    • Create alliances in scientific and regulatory communities in the pharma space and participate in the regulatory decision-making and conferences process. 
    • Conduct Liveo Academy to establish Liveo as the Knowledge Leader in Pharma packaging Space.  
    • Continually expand relevant knowledge of products and services to service to internal and external technical communities.  
    • Ensure that the organization is compliant with all federal rules and regulations and to influence the future regulatory environment as appropriate.
    Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional duties as assigned.
    To set you up for success in this role from day one, Liveo is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in management or a related science field. 
    2. 10-15 years of relevant experience  
    3. Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and negotiate and meet critical timelines. 
    4. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for learning technical applications quickly.

    Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.
