Now Hiring: Nuts Factory District Manager -Retail Sales

We are currently searching for an energetic, fast learner and skillful retail management expert for our fast growing chain of middle eastern market-style stores. The ideal District Manager will supervise 13-15 Nuts Factory Stores in the New York metro area (New Jersey and Long Island). Our locations include a flagship store on Upper east Side of Manhattan, more locations in the city, in New Jersey, and more. This is an opportunity to grow as an individual and work in a dynamic environment with different people in different locations. Having the opportunity to really impact growth across Nuts Factory stores while driving great costumer service experience.

Job responsibilities:

• Conducts store visits regularly
• Directs store operations and implements company policies and procedures
• Staffing stores within the district
• Managing loss prevention efforts in assigned stores
• Recruits, interviews, and hires store management candidates
• Communicate regularly with district store managers, Regional Manager and CEO.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Retail Management experience
• Strong sales skills, including a record of sales growth
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work a flexible schedule supporting the operational needs of the business
• Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong work ethic
• High level of trust, integrity and honesty
• Expertise in recruiting, motivating, training, and retaining effective team members
• Knowledge of identifying trends, risks and communicating those to leadership (preferred)

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
