General Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of 4-5 sales representatives.
Train and develop new sales representatives.
Achieve monthly and annual team sales goals as directed by the Division Manager and General Sales Manager.
Conduct continuing training and education annually with every team member.
Conduct Work-Withs (ride-alongs) with sales representatives and assist in the sales and promotion of Northeast Sales products.
Establish relationships with key buyers in the assigned territories.
Conduct 90 day performance evaluations on new reps.
Conduct annual performance reviews for all sales reps.
Provide market feedback to the Division Manager – potential store openings, competitive product landscape, competitive pricing, promotional pricing, etc.
Conduct weekly meetings with team members to discuss market successes, opportunities, and priorities.
Assist the Customer Development team with shelf schematic implementation (resets), chain sales feedback, competitive pricing and promotion information, etc.
Develop and implement sales programs/incentives within the team.
Identify future sales candidates in the market when openings arise on the team.
Perform required administrative duties, such as tracking goals and distributions, filling out performance reviews and corrective actions, authorizing PTO requests, etc.
Cover sales routes for reps on PTO or leave.

Qualifications
A qualified candidate should meet most, if not all, of the following criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2 years of college experience with a concentration in business or sales management preferred.
CCP, Master Brewers certifications preferred.
2-5 years of beer, wine, and/or liquor sales management experience.
A general understanding and interest in beer, wine and spirits.
A desire to lead a successful team and motivate people to be their absolute best.
The ability to be an effective leader, and keep a consistent mindset in a fast-paced working environment.
Be familiar with current technology and programs – Apple devices (iPad), Google and Microsoft Office programs.
Must be a driven and results oriented professional with excellent verbal and written skills.
Excel in an unsupervised environment and deliver positive results, meet deadlines, work independently but also with your team.
Requirements
Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license.
Sufficiently pass a criminal background check to obtain a wholesale liquor permit.
Must have a clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Pass a physical and drug screening.
