Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Distribution Specialist to join our cafe product distribution and sales team. This is a diverse role that includes responsabilities such as sales and marketing, ensuring the efficientcy and accuracy in distribution of products to customers, maintaining cusomer and supplier relations, and problem solving for business development aspects. Other aspects of your position will also include- order fulfillment, package handling, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will be working along side a creative and supporive team that will ensure both a positive and upbeat working environment. Responsibilities:

- Communicate with both customers and suppliers to maintain company integrity, sucess, and reliability

- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing

- Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors

- Make sales calls and work with the team on marketing projects

Skills:

- Previous experience in sales, distribution and/or business development

- Proficiency in customer service and people skills

- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy packages as required

- Flexability and creativity to help grow the business

- Self motivation and reliability
