Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely operations. This is a critical role within our organization, and we are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL operations, and inventory control systems
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

-Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience working in warehouse management.
