Distribution Manager manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager, Distribution is to develop and manage business relationships across a series of stakeholders within Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, Clinics, and their subsidiaries. Through these business relationships, the incumbent will lead the account management efforts to maximize the flow of our Company products into the different channels and bring resources and solutions to customers that will contribute to better health outcomes for patients. Initially the focus will be on ORS. The incumbent works cross-functionally with employees from Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Patient Access, and Corporate Account teams, as well as other areas across our company to ensure product access and availability to down-stream customers and their patients.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $179,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
This position is eligible to participate in our annual Short-Term Incentive (STI) program. Specific information about the plan including eligibility rules and target, will be furnished upon hire.
