Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Director utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Additionally, Distribution Director ensures all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. IT Operator, 2nd Shift:
Seeking an IT Operator to join our rapidly growing Team. Reporting to our Director of IT. This role would-be entry-level IT Operator preferably someone who has previously worked at a Convenience store or Sales environment. This position helps support our dynamic and fast paced warehouse, but still allows for growth in a supportive environment.
As an IT Operator you will be responsible for internal and external Inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face. The successful candidate must have basic knowledge with Microsoft word/excel, Superior Communication and writing skills You must have the ability to be highly efficient in the days work given. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of distribution. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, recognizes attention to details and is willing to accept new challenges.
