Distribution Director manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Director utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Additionally, Distribution Director ensures all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Distribution Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Distribution Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Description:

    As a Production Associate you will work inside a “glitter and edible foods” production facility where you will be producing, labeling and jarring various edible products such as edible glitters, luster dusts, sprinkles, and more.

    This position is seasonal, with high demand for work between May and June of this year. Hours are scheduled during the week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.     As a Production Associate You Will:

    • Work in a Kosher and FDA-certified kitchen!
    • Collaborate with the team that guarantees fresh and food-safety measures to all edible decadents
    • Move in a fast-paced working environment, to reach daily quotas on filling and sealing products
    • Stay active to complete tasks, clean when necessary, and jump into action when other departments, such as Fulfillment, who need your assistance every three months rotation
    • Learn to operate small automotive machines for stick packs and sealing products.
    Job Types: Part-time, Full-Time, Temporary

    Work Location: Loma Linda, CA 92354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


    Schedule:

    • 4 hour shift
    • Evening shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • No weekends

    Pay Scale: $16.00- $18 per hour

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • No experience is needed!
    • A positive attitude with the willingness to make a difference
    • Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
    • Willingness to work in extreme warehouse conditions
    • Must be reliable
    • Strong collaborative skills

    Salary: From $16.00 per hour
