Distribution Clerk, Sr. jobs in Tennessee

Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanner to scan and pick outbound orders
- Perform detailed quality control process to ensure accuracy of orders picked
- Pack orders to the standard of the outbound SLA
- Ship orders with outbound WMS
- Operate a forklift to move and transport materials within the warehouse

- Lead small teams of 5-10 when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and procedures
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory tracking software
- Ability to accurately count, label, and document processes as needed
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with shipping and receiving in an e-commerce environment is desirable
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
