What Will You Get To Do:

• Work with Customer Service and other teams as needed to ensure on time and complete shipments
• Build daily shipping schedule and prioritize tasks to ensure shipments can be completed in time for pickup
• Work closely with department Supervisor to understand daily staffing levels and their output capacity
• Schedule shipments with trucking companies for outgoing freight and returns
• Work with dock personnel to supply information needed to ensure accurate loading of trucks
• Prepare required paperwork for shipments or Customer returns
• Check in Drivers and provides the appropriate paperwork for the shipments
• Assist warehouse team members with various picking concerns
• Cross train with other Distribution Clerks to support all clerical functions as needed
• Work in Customer websites and Portals to do Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) reporting and get customer specific paperwork

What You Will Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn an ERP system (Oracle)
