Distribution Clerk, Sr. jobs in California
Distribution Clerk, Sr. performs a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support operations of a distribution center. Monitors inventory levels to ensure sufficient levels are available to fulfill all orders. Being a Distribution Clerk, Sr. ensures that all required paperwork, including labels, packing lists, and transport instructions, is prepared. Utilizes tracking systems to input or look up information. Additionally, Distribution Clerk, Sr. complies with all OSHA and other regulations, policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Distribution Clerk, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. - Assist accounting team with all aspects of Bookkeeping
- Maintain accounts receivables including invoices, collection of payments, and report
- Maintain accounts payable including invoice entry and issuing payment
- Reconciliation of credit cards and other current accounts
- Sales and accounting reports on weekly basis
- Maintain customer and vendor lists
- General filing, data entry, and office work
- Occasional front desk and reception duties
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Familiarity with accounting software
- Formula driven spreadsheets
- Personable disposition including phone and reception skills

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
