This person is responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse environment, like receiving driver inquiries and deliveries, scheduling appointments, responding to customer contact inquires. Works with customer accounts and direct customer orders through a system of computer, email and phone correspondence. Verifies, maintains and audits issue tracker entries concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, reports, damages and third-party delivery issues. Ensure that all client information is current and up to date. Maintains customer contact by phone, email and in person. Entering data and processing paperwork involved in shipping and receiving of individual assigned accounts. Perform other functions as assigned, including but not limited to assisting on floor when needed.
