Looking for an Enthusiastic Inventory/Shipping Clerk for our growing office in Clearwater, Florida. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has demonstrated an excellent track record of providing detailed documentation records, who is willing to adapt to change, who has strong organizational skills, and who maintains a clean working environment.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
· Ability to work and communicate with others.

· Track incoming, outgoing, and transfer stock with inventory management software.
· Create shipping labels and necessary paperwork for outgoing items, both freight and small parcels.
· Manage RMA documentation, returns, and claims from customers and vendors.
· Monitoring low stock alerts and generating purchase orders to ensure inventory maintains adequate.
· Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages.
· Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.
· Perform thorough QA testing on hardware and software.
· Document full functionality of devices that have passed QA testing.
· Perform software configuration of our proprietary machines.
· Performing all other duties as required by supervisor.
