Distribution Center Manager jobs in Maryland

We are hiring a Distribution Center Manager - Recieving to work onsite, full-time at their location in Northeast, Maryland.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am -5pm 
*Bilingual Spanish Speaking Prefered 

 
As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse manager's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical receiving processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
 

Regent is Private Equity backed by HCI Equity Partners, providing high-quality cabinets, countertops, and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry.  The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble, and quartz countertops which are sold and installed with their custom cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100 unit segment of the multi-family market in the US, growing exponentially year over year.

Regent Cabinetry is, a member of the HCI portfolio, is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops, and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry.  The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble, and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100 unit segment of the multi-family market in the US. 

Primary Receiving Manager Responsibilities:

The warehouse Manager’s responsibilities include:
 

• Management of employees
• Coordinating logistical processes - oversee offload and consolidation personnel
• Coordinate inbound shipments with Director of Operations
• Prioritize containers for production needs.
• Preparing relevant documentation.
• Oversee consolidation and change locations in NetSuite.
• Inventory and confirm quantities to match packing lists.
• Enforce safety procedures.

• Bilingual- Spanish speaking highly desirable.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a warehouse manager / daily activities or similar position.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Leadership, time management and organizational skills and ability to delegate.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
