Boutique Merchandising Assistant

Bling is looking for an eager, organized and motivated Merchandising Assistant at Bling’s Corporate Headquarters in Andover, KS! This position will give you the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required to successfully analyze merchandise sales and performance reports, identifying trends, patterns and highlighting anomalies! Daily responsibilities will include duties in several departments such as customer service, vendor relationships, analyzing sales reports, organizing orders & allocating merchandise. If you are open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning the skills it takes to join our team, then Bling wants to hear from you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze buying reports
• Monitor Track shipment to ensure products are received on time
• Engage with internal and external functions (such as marketing, PR, distribution, suppliers, stores, on-line, sales teams,customers) to deliver product that meets business KPIs and customer needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the buying and merchandising processes, responding to sector trends and new ways of working to drive sales and profit
• Assist Buying team in placing and managing orders for assigned products
• Managing vendor payments
