The Tantillo Auto Group is looking to add an experienced Service Dispatcher to our team.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is a highly-motivated, results-driven, experienced professional.

Must have either Automotive Service Dispatching, Service Writing or Technician experience.

Compensation : $80,000- $120,000 on average (base plus commission)

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the technicians and writers.
• Maintain communication between technicians and writers keep up to date on the status of all vehicles in the shop
• Dispatch work to technicians in an efficient and effective manner
• Responsible for weekly shop productivity and efficiency
• Maintain and monitor the maintenance on shop equipment
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure that OSHA standards are being maintained within the shop
• Ensure a complete multi-point inspection is performed on customer vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is needed

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

• Service Technician Experience a plus
• Recent and Verifiable Automotive Service Experience Required
• Experience with Reynolds is strongly preferred
• Have a valid driver's license
• Organization and time management skills
• Be coach-able and willing to learn
• Excellent appearance and good verbal communication skills
