Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers an opportunity to work in the Towing Industry and develop valuable skills in customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Bilingual is a MUST (English and Spanish)
- Assist customers with their tow requests
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in towing services or customer service is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be a helpful and proactive team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Colorado Springs, CO 80909: Relocate before starting work (Required)
