A Day in the Life
The Dishwasher is responsible for washing, cleaning and proper storage of all cooking utensils, equipment, flatware, and glassware.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep all kitchen, storage, and receiving areas clean and organized.
- Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
- Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas.
- Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Clean dish machine after each meal period.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school education preferred.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
