DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen utensils. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:  Safely operate dishwasher equipment to produce clean and sanitary kitchen and dining utensils.  Maintain clean-as-you-go environment all times.  Will leave dishwasher and dish washing area clean, sanitized and stocked at end of the shift.  Go to shift supervisor with any problems or complaints.  Will put out nothing but clean, sanitized dishware.  Follow company policy and procedures.  Required to help out in other areas of the kitchen when directed.  Other duties as assigned.  Empties all kitchen trash.  Any other duties assigned by F&B Supervisor.

Summary
The Dishwasher position requires a candidate with core skills in bussing, as well as relevant skills in food preparation, banquet experience, cleaning, cooking, food service, catering, food handling, restaurant experience, kitchen experience, and hotel experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, and supporting overall kitchen operations. This role reports to the Kitchen Manager and plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a food service environment. The organization expects the Dishwasher to work efficiently, follow food safety protocols, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
