Job Summary:
The Manager of Inside Sales will lead, mentor, and develop an Inside Sales Team for Cardinal Logistics. This individual will be the main visionary architect for the inside sales program. The Inside Sales Team will be comprised of Inside Sales Representatives and be primarily focused on the conversion of prospects into new customers for the organization. Additionally, as the team grows and matures, this individual will be charged with the development of Inside Sales Managers to lead smaller groups of Inside Sales Representatives to drive growth within the organization. The Manager of Inside Sales will report to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.
