What the candidate will do:

• Operations Management: Manage daily execution for all Mexico Brokerage operations in Afterhours.
• Meet and exceed Uber Freight's internal and external service expectations.
• Internal & External Customer relationships: Consistent and professional communication: effective, prompt, and courteous communications for difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc
• Carrier Relationships: Consistent and professional communication: effective, prompt, and courteous communications for difficult situations, relaying service failures, etc
• Achieve department goals: Ensure appropriate measurement, follow-up, and prompt actions upon service failure.
• Team development: Monitor and hold the team accountable for all essential job functions and take ownership of employee development.
• Strategic planning.

Basic Qualifications

• Comply the internal mobility policy.
• 4 years of related experience in logistics and 2 years of management.
• Finishes bachelor's degree
• Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of logistics or customer service, 2 years of management
• Working Knowledge and Utilization of the appropriate transportation management system
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Negotiation skills.
