The Role
As a member of the Transfer of Assets Receives Team, you will be responsible for facilitating the movement of assets into Fidelity accounts by analyzing account details and resolving issues for complex transactions. Within this role, you will interact with many different groups in Fidelity and throughout the Financial Services industry. These accounts may include mutual fund and brokerage accounts, as well as retirement and non-retirement accounts for Retail, Correspondent, and Advisor Clients. Responsibilities include:
Members of this group obtain an essential understanding of the financial services industry. These associates work in Fidelity’s Operations and Services Group (OSG), supporting our major lines of business including Personal Investing, Fidelity Institutional, and National Financial Services. You will work closely with contra firms, including bank and insurance companies and brokerage firms, to determine the statuses of incoming transfers. The team is the voice of the customer and is dedicated to facilitating and completing the transfers with the highest level of quality and excellence.
