About the team role

As a member of the Brokerage Product Management team, you’ll be responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations and research to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize our financial system.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY office, dependent on applicant’s location.

What you’ll do

• Leading a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
• Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers.
• Delivering delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.
• Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
• 4 years of consumer product management experience building high-quality consumer products
• 2 years of experience in a fintech product management role
• Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with or interest in trading products.
