Primary duties include:

• Insurance underwriting support
• Account updates
• Data entry
• Problem solving
• Use of Internet for research and reference
• Clear communication with our clients, independent insurance producers, via phone, email, text and paper correspondence

Most communication is by email, text and telephone. Very little face-to-face. Insurance background helpful, but not required. We will train for the position and the learning will be endless. Must possess exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm to learn more about the insurance industry. Excellent computer skills on Windows, Office 365 and Chrome/Edge required. Must have excellent speaking skills.

Non-smoking work environment, no smoking on work premises. Full time position M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Application Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
• Valid Unrestricted Driver's License
• No criminal history aside from minor traffic violations
