    Responsibilities

    • Set and achieve sales goals for the departments
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business lines and benefits insurance departments
    • Provide leadership and direction to the department
    • Ensure that the department meets its operational goals
    • Ensure that the department is operating in an efficient and effective manner
    • Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals
    • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, clients, and vendors
    • Provide customer service to clients
    • Stay up to date on industry trends
    Qualifications

    • Valid insurance license, with a willingness to obtain licenses in Property and Casualty, and Life and Health.
    • 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of benefits and business lines.
    • Proven track record in managing a team and achieving operational goals.
    • Strong financial and analytical skills to drive business growth and manage departmental budgets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in departmental operations.
