Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary: Responsible for admission related activities including: inbound crisis calls, development and maintenance of referral profiles, monthly and annual statistics, verification of benefits. You will be working with real people who need help with substance abuse treatment.
Essential Functions: Maintain ongoing statistics relative to admission activities including referrer profiles, rate of conversion, demographic information with respect of referrals.
Responsible to field incoming inquiry/crisis calls and screen for appropriateness.
Collect and submit supporting documentation for client’s benefit coverage.
When meeting admission criteria, forwards completed files to the Admissions Managers for final disposition.
Collects client data for medical purposes and communicates all necessary information with team.
Makes arrangements with client/family/referral sources regarding logistics for admission.
Communicates with Treatment Team regarding new client intakes.
Maintains, updates, and keeps the data management system current as it relates to the admissions/professional activity of the job description.
Completes a regularly scheduled activity report and forwards said report to the
Admissions Managers.
Provides transportation when needed for potential residents of our programs.
