Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Disaster Recovery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     If you are: hard working and can lift and carry over 65 lbs up and down a flight of stairs, a people person (good communicator), have a clean criminal background, Don't use any drugs, smoke or vape(we do an initial historical drug screening and ongoing random testing), we would love to meet you!

    You would get a nice mix of variety of work between carpet cleaning and flood work. Every day is different and fun. After training, you will mostly be on your own taking care of your carpet cleaning customers and when doing flood work you would be with our team helping people with water damage. Occasionally you will need to help after hours with a emergency flood but will get paid time and a half or double time depending on the job. You will truly be a hero in this career! You will be helping families and businesses with emergency water damage by using state of the art technology. you will get to meet many different people and have lots of interesting and fun experiences not to mention learn many skills. We love and appreciate our team, offer paid time off, We also try to make work as fun as possible with a fun team of awesome people and good positive company moral, and for fun we keep tons of snacks around and like to get to get together for game nights or lake BBQs etc..     Detailed carpet cleaning Duties:

    - Perform carpet cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients

    - Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely

    - Inspect carpets for stains, damages, or other issues before cleaning

    - Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove stains and dirt from carpets

    - Move furniture and other items as necessary to access and clean carpets

    - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality cleaning services

    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area

    Detailed flood tech Duties:

    -inspect and investigate cause of water damage

    -document everything for insurance

    -Extract water from areas it should not be.

    -move customers contents around as needed

    -Demo carpet, pad, baseboards, drywall, insulation as needed

    -Place Drying equipment

    -monitor the drying process and adapt drying methods as needed

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
