Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Primary Purpose and Function:
The RN/LPN will be responsible for the healthcare of both female and male patients, performing comprehensive physical health assessments on all and formulating a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments. The RN/LPN must be able to perform all duties independently and use safe practice standards according to the Nurse Practice Act.
Minimum Qualifications:
RN/LPN must have completed a nursing degree from and accredited school of Nursing
At least 2 years prior experience as an RN/LPN preferably with hospital and behavioral health experience
Certified BLS provider.
Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and EMR required
An ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and utilize effective communication skills, including both telephone and in-person
Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients and demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills
Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation is REQUIRED
Must hold valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs initial admission assessments, verifies medications brought into the treatment center, and obtains orders for all patients.
Maintains all medications in a safe and secure manner as per facility policies and is responsible for maintaining narcotic count
Timely and complete medical record documentation
Develops and implements nursing care plan
Adheres to training and development standards set forth by Hickory, Joint Commission, and State Regulations
Upholds familiarity with State and Federal laws and regulations
Pay Band: Full Time- LPN: $26-$32/hr RN: $31-$38/hr
