Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with substance use disorder and developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize crisis management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Understanding of social work principles and practices.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in crisis management strategies and techniques.
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and monitor patient health status.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with behavioral health interventions and treatment modalities.
- Experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment is beneficial.
