Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. This is a 3 1/2 day shift job where you are on site handling day to day situations and overseeing the safety and transportation of clients. We encourage our staff to have an understanding of the 12-Step Program and are looking for role models to help guide and show our clients a new way of life. You will be responsible for distributing medications throughout the evening and ensuring that our clients receive their medications in a timely manner and as scheduled. Taking clients to fellowship meetings, making sure they are in contact with their sponsors and working a program of recovery.
Staff will be trained in areas such as the following:
-Medication distribution and certification
-Narcan administration
-Crisis Intervention and de-escalation techniques
-CPR/First Aid
-HIPAA
Staff will be expected to maintain clients within their household and teach them valuable life skills to ensure long-term sobriety and a better life in general. Staff will help keep a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our clients and provide structure that teaches them how to live a sustainable life as they transition back into the community.
