Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to appropriate parties
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using DocuSign, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to transcribe accurately and proofread documents for errors
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
