Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Disaster Recovery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. As the Dietary Manager, you will lead the dietary teams of cooks and aides in improving the health and wellbeing of each client through nutrition.

    Facility Address: 415 6th Ave W, Grinnell, IA 50112

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading the dietary team and all daily operations of the kitchen.
    • Serve as a role model and mental to all kitchen staff.
    • Ensure that all supplies are ordered, stocked, and properly stored. This includes all food items, dishes and utensils, cleaning products, cooking supplies, and any other item necessary for kitchen functioning.
    • Submitting a weekly food budget and keeping track of kitchen expenses, reporting what is spent and what is needed for the kitchen.
    • Ensure the kitchen is adequately staffed in all areas, by creating efficient schedules and that employees receive the necessary training to ensure quality is excellent.
    • Maintain compliance with health and sanitation guidelines.
    • Additional duties as directed.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Supervision experience of at least 1 year preferred.
    • Have basic kitchen knowledge.
    • General knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
    • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Compensation: $19-23/ hour
