Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. New Prospects- located in Bridgeport, Connecticut is uniquely positioned to offer gender-specific co-occurring enhanced intensive residential services to adult men and women. This program is designed to provide services for individuals who are experiencing difficulties stabilizing their substance abuse and mental health issues and seek short-term intensive treatment of approximately 30 days.

CORE COMPETENCIES
Registered Nurse (RN) recognized in the State of Connecticut. Previous experience in opiate treatment programming, co-occurring programming or similar community-based behavioral health organization preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES
Current RN in the State of Connecticut required. Valid Connecticut driver's license may be required.
Certified CPR obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date.
