Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Recovery Navigator - Residential Treatment

  • Ten16 Recovery Network is hiring for a Recovery Navigator at our residential substance use disorder facility. The team at residential works tirelessly to provide comprehensive, quality care to clients in short-term treatment. Collaboration and a commitment to an abstinence-focused recovery model is important for this position.

    Purpose:

    As part of a team concept, to monitor, support, guide, and engage clients in a residential treatment setting in the process of transition from active addiction to recovery and wellness. In addition, this role provides peer recovery support services in individual and group settings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide general counsel and interactive education to clients as required
    • Establish and maintain a professional therapeutic relationship with clients to assist in teaching and to model pro-social daily living and general recovery skills.
    • Facilitate recovery skill-building groups and clinically focused didactic groups.
    • Assist clients in exploring the 12-steps as a recovery program by transporting clients to 12-step meetings, providing encouragement and guidance regarding principles of recovery.
    • Transport clients (with appropriate licensure) to off-site activities (Rec. Therapy, weekly shopping, Restoration Fellowship) and participate with clients in a way that models self-propelled recovery principles.
    • Monitor client self-administration of medication and document per protocol.
    • Generally monitor, supervise, and document client interactions and behavioral observations to support the therapeutic process.
    • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for general direction/guidance, team building, supervision, and training.
    • Answer the telephone and provide client-centered, competent, and appropriate responses.
    • Attend to facility care needs (general cleaning, laundry, etc.)
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Residential Services Director or as agreed upon by the team.

    Preparation, Experience, and Skills:

    • High school diploma/ GED (minimum) with 2 to 3 years of relevant work or life experience OR Bachelors Degree in the human service field, applicable experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and people skills; ability to demonstrate and model healthy and appropriate boundaries.
    • Moderate computer skills.
    • If the employee is recovering from a substance use disorder, they must have three years of continuous sobriety. If they are a former client of Ten16, they must have two years from the last date of service to be considered for a position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
